Mihail Mizintsev, Head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Ministry of Defense, stated that they open a humanitarian aid corridor every day for the safe exit of civilian ships from the ports in the Black and Azov Seas. Noting that the Russian Armed Forces opened two safe maritime humanitarian aid corridors from 08:00 to 19:00 Moscow time every day, Mizintsev said, “In the Black Sea; 80 miles long and 3 miles wide from Ukrainian territorial waters in the southwest direction of Kherson, Mykolayiv, Chernomorsk, Ochakov, Odessa. and Yuzhny (South) ports open a corridor to exit. In the Sea of Azov, a 115-mile long and 2 miles wide corridor opens towards the Black Sea to exit the port of Mariupol.” used the phrases.
Mizintsev emphasized that detailed information on the operation of the maritime humanitarian aid corridors is announced every 15 minutes by radio every day, in English and Russian, over international channels.
Mizintsev, who claimed that the Kyiv administration continued to avoid meeting with representatives of foreign states and shipowner companies in order to solve the problem of ensuring the safe exit of ships in the ports, drew attention to the continuing danger of damaging navigation and port infrastructure, caused by the drift of Ukrainian mines, which had broken off their chains, along the coasts of the Black Sea states.
Mizintsev added that Russia has taken a series of measures to ensure the security of civil navigation in the Black and Azov Seas.
