While the autopsy showed drowning as the cause of the girl’s death, the grieving mother said, “Everyone says that our fate is pre-written, but I cannot understand why yours happened like this. I love you very much and thank you for being with me for 8 years and being my daughter.”
Houston police closed the case by announcing that the incident was considered an accident. Authorities also recorded that there was a malfunction in the pipeline and water was being drawn from the pipe instead of pumping water.
