Province of Utrecht – Floats with creative excesses, outrageous outfits, hustle and lots of beer. Carnival is also being celebrated in the province of Utrecht these days. IJsselstein ‘Apestad’ during this period, and Uivergein (Oudewater) had their traditional carnival parade on Saturday afternoon.
