these two strange testimonies which justify new excavations

New excavations are organized this Thursday, April 18 in Cagnac-les-Mines, in Tarn, as part of the restart of the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. Several testimonies seem to bring up leads.

Anything new in the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar? This Thursday, April 18, dozens of gendarmes from Tarn and neighboring departments were deployed to Cagnac-les-Mines to carry out new searches near the home of the 33-year-old nurse who has been missing since December 16, 2020. The gendarmes were accompanied by five dog teams specializing in the search for human remains according to information from The Dispatch. The local newspaper adds that the places searched, near the place called “Le Soulié” have already been the subject of research during the investigation in 2022 and 2023.

These searches follow the restart of the investigation after the request for additional information made by the Toulouse Court of Appeal last February. Justice made this decision after receiving new elements at the end of last year, in particular the recording of an intercepted telephone conversation between a detainee from Lannemezan and his mother and in which the name of Cédric Jubillar and other people were mentioned, as well as other testimonies. The investigating judges would like to clarify a possible link between this detainee and Cédric Jubillar, but also two other points regarding the location of Delphine Jubillar’s body.

The words of a verified clairvoyant

The research carried out on April 18 should make it possible to rule out a path suggested by the testimony of a clairvoyant. The latter had indicated to the investigating judges in 2022 saying that she had “visions” showing her the missing nurse held on a farm according to information from The Dispatch and have knowledge of the location of the place.

This is not the first time that investigators working on the Jubillar case have been confronted with such statements. Several locations and GPS coordinates communicated by mediums or clairvoyants have been verified since the start of the research as recalled Toulouse Newsbut no excavation has proven conclusive.

Delphine Jubillar’s body hidden in a construction site?

Another testimony could call for new excavations, that of a person who says he remembered the “disappearance of an excavator” on a construction site in Cagnac-les-Mines in December 2020, i.e. at the time of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. This information would only have come back to the witness’s memory after the investigation was closed, hence the order for additional information.

Several houses were under construction near the Jubillar couple’s house under construction at the time of the mother’s disappearance. The main suspect, Cédric Jubillar, being a plasterer, the investigators had already considered the possibility that the body of the nurse was hidden in one of the construction sites, or even under a concrete slab. Investigations to clarify these leads had been carried out. But the information on the disappearance of an excavator at the same time could relaunch this trail.
