These are the new banners in version 4.0 with Lyney, Lynette and Freminet
Who are the new characters? Lyney is a celebrated magician at Fontaine’s court. He is a new 5-star Pyro Fighter character who wields a bow as his weapon. Its constellation is named Felis Fuscus. He has the ability to transform into a Cheshire Cat to set off fireworks.
His little sister and magic assistant Lynette is a 4-star character and belongs to the element Anemo. She fights with a one-handed sword. Felis Alba is the name of her constellation. With her special ability, she can quickly move towards opponents.
The third and youngest of the siblings is Freminet, also a 4-star character and a famous diver from Fontaine. He belongs to the element Kryo. Its constellation is called Automaton. He wields a greatsword as a weapon, and uses his ability to deal a decent amount of cryo and physical damage.

What banners will there be in version 4.0? As usual, the banner phases are divided into 2 phases.
In the first phase, banners of these 5-star characters will run:

A notice: You get the new character Lynette for free. Once you’ve reached adventure level 25, you’ll be able to claim them through a seasonal promotion in version 4.0.

What else will be in version 4.0? In addition to the new characters, the update brings you a lot of new content with a new region:
The new Fontaine region consists of areas on land as well as an underwater world. Therefore, diving is added as a new gameplay element to the game to provide even more exploration opportunities. There is a lot of new content with the region, such as 2 bosses, new enemies and animals.
The Archon quest will also continue and there will be a story quest with Lyney.
