5th place: Nami
Nami is one of the few members of the Straw Hat Pirates who cannot use Haki. Unfortunately for her, she has never tasted a devil fruit, so she has to rely on her gadgets and her little helper.

4th place: Oz
The giant Oz is a giant from ancient times and lived around 500 years ago. Gecko Moria turned the colossus into a zombie with his devil fruit. He used Luffy’s shadow to do this, which gave Oz some of Luffy’s powers.
