Dune became sci-fi hit of the year in 2021 and from what we know about the sequel it promises Dune 2 to build on that success when Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) fights as a sandworm rider with the Harkonnen for dominance of the desert planet. Denis Villeneuve is now also filming the second half of the novel of the same name * by Frank Herbert, with Zendaya’s Chani playing a larger role.

After a 9-year hiatus since The Expendables 3, Sylvester Stallone returns The Expendables 4 back, this time to take on arms dealers and their extensive private army. The assembled combat action force includes Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Tony Jaa, 50 Cent, Iko Uwais and Megan Fox.
7th place in the most anticipated films of 2023: Christopher Nolan Returns

After the sci-fi blockbuster Tenet, things are getting historical again in the new film by director favorite Christopher Nolan: after the Second World War film Dunkirk, he is dedicated to none other than the inventor of the atomic bomb Oppenheimer, played by Cillian Murphy. The film made a name for itself in the run-up to its “realistic explosions”.
6th place in the most anticipated films of 2023: Brendan Fraser’s whale
