Today is a spin-off to Amazon’s comedy show LOL: Last One Laughing LOL Halloween special started… and ended again after 3 episodes. If you want to know who won the Poker Face trophy this time, you can read it here. Logically, they follow spoiler.
Who won the LOL Halloween Special?
With a few LOL changes, Last One Laughing has returned to Amazon Prime * before Halloween in a spooky setting to bring in a new cast of characters under Michael ‘Bully’ Herbig’s watchful eye 8 stars in teams of 2 to let go of each other:
As usual, the participants tried to make each other laugh with prepared numbers, funny disguises (Mirja Boes with a Sträter bald head!) and spontaneous gags and puns (“Salzwedel”). But who won Amazon’s LOL Halloween Special in the end?
After the smiles of Palina Rojinski (in episode 1) and Olaf Schubert (in episode 2) were at least evenly distributed in the team, the two were the first to be eliminated. In episode 3 there were still three impressive teams represented, even if the Kaulitz duo had lost one of their two lives to Bill.
But the tide turned unexpectedly in episode 3: Annette Frier and Sasha celebrated themselves laughing in the dressing room after a successful performance and finally it was the return of Olaf Schubert with a huge recorder that finished off the rest of the teams: In the end sat down to everyone’s surprise Tom and Bill Kaulitz without laughing among the remaining candidates and won the Halloween Special 2024.
When will LOL return to Amazon with season 6 or other specials?
Although Season 6 of Last One Laughing has not yet been officially announced by Amazon, the hit series’ success on Prime suggests that the show will return. But we’ll do the math first 2025 with a new season of the main series.
Further LOL spin-offs beyond the past LOL: Last One Laughing – Xmas Special and the Halloween Special have not yet been announced. After the sizzling tensions between Bill Kaulitz and Olaf Schubert, some LOL fans are probably wishing for one Valentine’s special. And also a LOL Easter special with eggs and bunnies backdrop or a New Year’s Eve special We can well imagine with (gag) fireworks.
