Therese Johaug and Heidi Weng had a hard time stopping the Swedes during the World Cup ending.
Then they tried to deceive Frida Karlsson at the ski change in the middle of the five miles.
Frida smiled when she realized that she had gone straight into the trap.
During the last race of the World Cup, the women’s five -miles, the spectators were offered a small ugly tactical move signed the home riders Therese Johaug and Heidi Weng. When the leadership quartet, which also included Frida Karlsson and Ebba Anderssonwould go in for a joint ski change suddenly the Norwegians moved out again and continued to drive. But as soon as Karlsson moved towards the ski boxes to change, Johaug and Weng turned around and poured at full speed again, to Frida Karlsson’s dismay. She went straight into their trap. Fortunately, she was able to quickly eat their lead again.
