The late summer weeks ahead will be marked by crayfish season, but how do you actually cook the best crayfish, and why shouldn’t you throw away the shovel? Michael Björklund have the answers.
News24 has previously written about Michael’s tips for successful crayfish fishing, as it is, among other things, important to put cages out before dusk.
– You have to make sure that the cages are really on the bottom. There is usually seaweed and other things that the cages can lie on, but if they are there there is no chance for the crayfish to get in, he tells Nyheter24.

According to Michael, the good is in the small. His recipe for the best crayfish consists of:
– It is important that it is dill and that it is fresh, he says and continues,
– It is often the taste you savor when you eat the crayfish.
Here’s how you do it:
– When the law boils again after you put in the crayfish, then they are ready, he says and continues.
– Where you can see that many are a little too quick to pick up the crayfish and then you get them a little darker in color.

Therefore, you should not throw away the crayfish spade
According to Michael, a perfect crayfish slice contains good white bread, finely chopped dill and an unusual detail.
– I have a lot of finely chopped dill, toasted light bread, butter, then there should be shovels in jugs. Then I put the meat on, sprinkle a little spade on the sandwich and then dill on it and then eat.
Important detail
– A good thing to remember is to drink from small shot glasses. Often people blame the next day that it was bad cancer, but it’s probably something else that made you feel bad, says Michael Björklund to Nyheter24.
