Over the course of several weeks, we have received 24 singles, all over 65 years old, and their journey for true love. Hotell Romantik has had its second season on SVT this spring.
In this year’s season, the singles have been dating each other at a lovely castle in Portugal. The season has offered both drama, sadness and celebration, but above all romance.
For eight weeks, viewers have been able to follow the singles during activities and deeper conversations. And between several, sparks flew.
When the last episode was broadcast on Sunday, there were a total of five couples who found each other and chose to stay another week at the castle together.

One person who became a real viewer favorite in this year’s season, and stayed another week at the hotel, was Marie Louise Hommerberg. She is also the first participant to go to the cabin twice.
News24 has previously interviewed Marie Louise, and then she talked about her experience of the journey and the search for love.
– Things were happening all the time, so there wasn’t much time to sit and talk to the women the way I would have liked to. It wasn’t a vacation, but a job, but a fun one, Marie Louise told Nyheter24.
She also shared that she had a clear idea of what she was looking for in the program and was open to getting to know everyone.
– I felt that I should choose the person I might meet as much as he chooses me. I will also mingle with the men who are there. It felt important to get an idea of everyone.

Therefore, the program disappears from the window
Sunday’s episode was the last of the season and therefore the program will not appear in the box for a while.
But in a comment to Entertainment life so SVT confirms that a further season of the program is underway.
“At the moment, we can only confirm that there will be a new season of Hotel Romantik.”, writes the cinnamon in a comment.
