Alicia Ärleskog and Angelo Jovic choose to leave “Bachelor in Paradise” together – and it gets emotional.
Now Alicia explains why they decided to leave the show.
– Then we felt it was better to go home, she says.
In today’s episode of “Bachelor in Paradise”, Alicia Ärleskog and Angelo Jovic choose to leave the program.
– We have decided to leave and continue to build our relationship outside. We feel it is the right thing to do, explains Angelo.
For Alicia, it becomes more emotional, who was the last to enter the program of the participants and so far only managed to be in the house for a couple of days.
– When I came in here, it was a very difficult way in, because you are all so fucking in love and nice together, she says.
“Then we felt it was better to go home”
For TV4, Alicia now tells the reason why they decided to leave the program. What awaited all the participants in the house was a vow ceremony – something that Alicia and Angelo did not feel they could participate in, since they had not known each other very long.
– I spoke with the production and we felt that we could not stand in a promise ceremony and give each other rings. We just had a good vibe and a chemistry right then and there. Then we felt that it was better to go home and continue dating at home, than to regret anything, says Alicia now.
Alicia wishes she had entered the program earlier and that the conditions for actually finding love in the house looked different.
– I should actually have come in earlier. But it doesn’t always go as planned. It would have given me better conditions. Actually, it doesn’t matter who I had dated or been on the show, even if it had been love at first sight, we wouldn’t have been able to do that thing so early, Alicia continues.
