There are games and licenses that perform better than others, and sometimes in almost unexpected ways. This is what happens with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, the compilation brought up to date to discover the 3 episodes of this saga which rocked many players in the past. In a tweet posted a few hours ago, we learned that the game has sold more than 20 million copies since its release in 2017, already 7 years ago. A success that can be measured over time, since in 2019, we already learned that the threshold of 10 million copies had been crossed. This is enough to reassure Activision which can launch the production of a new episode, unless this has already been done… That said, since the acquisition of Activision-Blizzard-King by Microsoft, the Vicarious Visions studio has been swallowed up to become Blizzard Albany.
