There are only 2 real scenes in Avatar 2 and
Avatar 2: The Way of Water is in many ways incredible sci-fi bombast. The film was in development for 12 years. It cost huge sums of money and is now the third highest-grossing film of all time. And it is a highlight of the latest CGI technology. But how many of the revolutionary effects appear in the film will not be entirely clear to some fans. Apparently there is only 2 scenes that ended up in the film completely without the help of the computer.

2 Scenes in the sci-fi hit Avatar 2 do without visual effects

This is now revealed to Metro by Eric Saindon, who worked on the production as one of the main effects guys:

All the rest is either created entirely on the computer or subsequently provided with CGI effects been. In fact, large parts of the film were shot in massive studio environments in front of green screens, but also in underwater tanks, among other things.
