His family disputes the suicide theory put forward by the prosecution. She claims to have new evidence after another former minister and deputy from the ruling camp, Modero Nsimba, mentioned in a viral audio, which leaked on social networks, the context of the assassination and the perpetrators.
Modero Nsimba has been on trial since last March for these comments. But the Okende family believes that justice must take their assertions into consideration.
