After 11 seasons and 177 episodes, The Walking Dead is here ended with the grand finale. In addition to emotional moments, the conclusion of the zombie series finally brought Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) back briefly.

According to an Entertainment Weekly article, 25 The Walking Dead stars can be heard at once in the finale. It’s about the moment in the epilogue when Rick and Michonne read from their notebook and the passage “We’re the ones who live” to repeat.
Also featured are Lennie James (Morgan), Laurie Holden (Andrea), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) and Steven Yeun (Glenn).

The upcoming The Walking Dead spin-off series
After the main series finale, this is The Walking Dead universe is far from over. In the spin-off The Walking Dead: Dead City, Negan and Maggie head to New York for a new adventure.
Then comes The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, in which Norman Reedus’ character suddenly ended up in France and has to make his way to Paris. As the third spin-off series, we get The Walking Dead: Rick & Michonne, where Michonne searches for Rick, whose life has changed a lot.
