A way to increase longevity has led some individuals to “hack their own bodies”. Many are therefore experimenting with the latest technology and how it can improve the body’s performance, and thus also longevity, by optimizing health and trying to prevent physical aging and ailments.

Doctor Evelyne Bischof is a medical physicist, oncologist and CEO of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society. She explains that all those who are under 50 today will have the longest time to take advantage of the research and progress that is constantly being made. This could mean that they can probably expect to live until they are well over 100 years old.

“Living well past 100 years, potentially up to 120 or more, is not just a dream. It can become a reality for those who are serious about optimizing their health,” confirms the age researcher Alina Su to Fortune Well and further develops:

“With the rapid pace of innovation in anti-aging research, we’re seeing new therapies, gene editing, personalized medicine and other things that will push the upper limits of human lifespan.”
