Then the OKQ8 staff find the customers annoying

Most people have been to a gas station at some point. It could either have been to fill up their car, take a break during their drive, go to the toilet or to buy some food for the trip.

Many gas stations are staffed from early morning until late at night. This means that the staff have to work many inconvenient hours. Working at a gas station requires you to be service-oriented, stress-resistant, good at keeping a lot of balls in the air.

The staff hates what you do at the register at the petrol station

News24 have spoken to an employee at an OKQ8 pub in Central Sweden about what the staff bothers customers about and what they ask customers to stop doing.

One thing that is not appreciated by the staff at petrol stations is when the staff are blamed for something they cannot be responsible for. For example, it is not the staff at various petrol stations who determine the price of benis and diesel.

– The worst thing you can do is to come into the store and treat the person standing behind the cash register badly, because of a problem we cannot control. For example, if “95” has gone up in price or if the rental car they booked is hot because it was parked in the sun, the OKQ8 employee told Nyheter24.

Another thing that the staff does not appreciate, and finds annoying, is when customers blame old reports in the paint on the car wash’s brushes. It is unusual for the brushes to cause scratches in the paint.

– It’s a bit annoying when customers request compensation for small scratches, which they think come from brushes in the automatic car wash. In most cases, they have not been caused by the brushes and have already been on the car, we notice a difference, says the OKQ8 employee to Nyheter24.

For those who choose to wash their car themselves at the supermarket, customers are asked to dispose of their rubbish in the designated place.

– When you stand and wash the car yourself outside, it is very appreciated that you throw your rubbish in the bin, so that it is not left for the next customer, says the OKQ8 employee to Nyheter24.
