Anyone who goes out for dinner in the city of Utrecht now has a choice of two star restaurants, something that has been different for a long time. After Charles V lost the star in 2013, the city had to wait ten years for the award. It is partly thanks to young talents like Tommy that Utrecht is being put back on the culinary map. “I think that the Dutch culinary community knows that delicious food can also be enjoyed in the city of Utrecht. What we sincerely hope is that our colleagues here, who are really on the right track, will also bring more stars to Utrecht.”
