The 79th General Assembly of the UN continues in New York, USA. At the General Assembly, the presidents of many countries conduct meetings and diplomacy with the presidents of different countries. An event that took place yesterday attracted more attention than the leaders’ meeting.
HE DRINKED THE WATER FROM THE JUG
Edgard Leblanc Fils, President of the Interim Presidential Council of Haiti, drank water from a jug instead of using the glass on the podium during his address to the General Assembly.
The Haitian leader continued his speech from where he left off after drinking water from the jug, and at the end of his speech, he drank the water from the glass and left the podium.
