Iranian President Ibrahim Reisi made a written statement after the armed attack on the Shah Cheragh Tomb in Shiraz, Iran. The chief said, “I offer my condolences to the families of these people and the entire Iranian people due to the martyrdom and injury of a group of people in the Shah Cheragh Tomb,” adding, “Another crime has been added to the list of crimes committed by the enemies of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, and this crime against the Shah Cheragh Tomb has been added to the list. “The attack will certainly not go unanswered,” he said.
‘THIS EVIL CANNOT BE ANSWERED’
“Experience shows that Iran’s enemies are taking revenge through violence and terror for failing to create a split in the united ranks of the nation. “This evil will certainly not go unanswered, and security and law enforcement will teach a lesson to anyone with a hand in designing the attack.”
DAESH TAKES THE ATTACK
The terrorist organization DAESH, on the other hand, announced that it claimed responsibility for the attack in a written statement published on social media. 15 people, including 2 children, were killed and 40 people were injured in the armed attack carried out by 3 terrorists on the Shah Cerag shrine.
