Study committee

In hopes of bridging this gap, the World Bank sets up a committee to study the issue. It will be led by the current president of Singapore and the former president of Chile, Michelle Bachelet. Second priority topic addressed this week: improving the agricultural sector in sub-Saharan Africa. The World Bank’s objective is to make agriculture a real business opportunity for small farmers.
