Frida Karlsson celebrated the win in the Tour de Ski – by skiing with children in Sollefteå.
Now she is praised for the fantastic pictures.

Frida Karlsson is one of the world’s best, if not the best, skier right now. This season has been brilliant for the star, and after a fantastic Tour de Ski, she was able to take home the entire tour, as the first Swedish skier since Charlotte Kalla, 15 years ago.
Now highly acclaimed
Frida Karlsson now enters the WC as one of the absolute biggest gold favorites in all distance events. But now Karlsson is being celebrated for something far beyond the big competitions. Karlsson is back in Sweden and this week she chose to visit her home club, Sollefteå Skidor.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is training for all the children and young people in the ski club, and this week Frida Karlsson was there, and participated in training, and helped the children with most things. And of course it was a gigantic event. In a clip on Instagram, which Frida Karlsson posted, you can hear how two children discuss which group Frida Karlsson should go with, and she then replies: “I’ll probably have time to go with everyone”, while she helps to push away hard snow from a ski boot.

The pictures of Frida Karlsson are now highly praised, and her commitment to her home club, and all the children, is described as unique.
“How do you celebrate one of the biggest victories of your career when you are the absolute biggest name in skiing? Frida Karlsson celebrates the Tour de Ski victory on Hallstaberget by helping the children in Sollefteå Skidor to put on their skis and receive home-drawn drawings. You can say that Frida was by far the most popular “ski helper” on site,” writes Sollefteå Municipality on Instagram.

“You are a role model for all sportsmen and women,” writes one user.
“What a source of inspiration you are to tomorrow’s ski stars,” writes another.
“the long-distance stars of the frame time! You, just like Kalla before you, contribute not only now but also for a long time to come. Congratulations best Frida!,” writes a third.
