In the apartment, the police discovered that “a woman, the victim of physical violence at the hands of her partner, was being held captive”, as indicated by the Montpellier municipal police on her X account. The police also found the violent spouse aged 30 and question him. For her part, the woman with marks on her face was able to be taken care of by emergency services and brought to safety.

Violence against a backdrop of jealousy
