It was in October that the police spied on the woman’s apartment in Boden and decided to raid it.
560 grams of amphetamine were found on the balcony and the woman and her friend who were both at the address were later charged with serious drug offences.
Sings about the drug house
During the investigation, mobile phones were emptied, which led to around 30 film clips that were used as evidence.
Among other things, the woman has filmed herself singing “Welcome to my crackhouse” where a bag of white powder can be seen next to a scale.
The woman did not want to touch the amphetamine, which according to the indictment was worth at least SEK 100,000. But the court does not consider that she gave a reasonable explanation for why the drugs were in her apartment.
“The probability that someone would have hidden property of such a value in her residence is extremely small,” writes the district court in the judgment.
18-year-old released
The woman’s friend, an 18-year-old man charged in the same case, believes the district court has no connection to the apartment where the narcotics were seized.
“So there is nothing to indicate that he was more than a visitor in the home.”
According to the verdict, the prosecution’s evidence against the man has significant gaps and does not show what role he had in the sale of the narcotics. He is therefore cleared of the suspicions.
The woman is sentenced to two years in prison and must pay a fee of SEK 1,000 to the Crime Victims Fund.
