The verdict is overturned – wolves may be shot in border areas

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

In a previous trial, the Administrative Court stopped license hunting in the Norwegian-Swedish territories, but that decision was overturned by the Court of Appeal. However, the license hunt on the Norwegian side of the border has been stopped by the Oslo district court.

The Administrative Court also decides that preliminary rulings may not be requested from the EU Court.

It is already clear that license hunting for wolves will be able to be carried out in several other areas in Värmland, where 21 wolves will be shot.
