The Venice Film Festival is not only the oldest in the world, but also the starting signal for the Oscar season 2022. Netflix, who have presented Marriage Story, Roma and more here in recent years, also knows this. Today the Venice 2022 schedule is announced and Netflix is ​​sure to have an important place. Of the opening film brings the Marriage Story team back to the Lido.

With the Netflix film White Noise, Noah Baumbach adapts the novel of the same name by Don DeLillo. Star Wars actor Adam Driver plays a professor specializing in “Hitler studies” who lives in a Midwestern town with his fourth wife, Babette (Greta Gerwig), and their children.
