The United States inaugurated a diplomatic representation on Friday October 27 in Tromsø, in the far north of Norway, the first located above the Polar Circle. A sign that the Americans are increasingly investing in the security of the region and want to examine more closely what is happening in the Arctic, at a time when Russia and China are increasingly present.
