After the murder of a young woman in the staff of an LSS residence in Enköping yesterday, there is a lot of criticism from the trade union side.
Kommunal believes that it has been warned for a long time about the risks of violence in similar accommodation.
– What must not happen has now happened. A young employee who was murdered at work. Unfortunately, we are not surprised, says Johan Ingelsog, contract manager at Kommunal.
Today, the man in his 20s who is suspected of the murder was arrested.
Moved from the nursing home
The group home was opened in October by the care company Serigmo care, which has operations in Mälardalen and southern Sweden.
There are six apartments for people with mainly mental disabilities. After the murder, the residents have moved from the care home, and the staff are offered talks with a psychotherapist.
