After all his sporting successes, he proposed to his love Desiré Inglander.
But now there have been unexpected pictures of the young engaged couple.
Swedish world star Armand Duplantis can look back on another fantastic sporting year. He once again showed that he is by far the best pole vaulter in the world by winning WC gold indoors and Olympic gold outdoors.
Duplanti’s success
“Mondo” also managed to break a new world record three times during the season and write new sporting history. The 24-year-old has had love by his side Desire Inglander as much-needed support in the stands during athletics competitions.

The young couple has become one of Sweden’s and the world’s most talked about love couples. After Duplanti’s sporting success, the icing on the cake of this memorable year came when he recently proposed to 23-year-old Desiré.

Desire not happy
On a beach in The Hamptons, outside of New York, Mondo got down on one knee in front of his girlfriend, who was completely taken aback, but then I answered. The entire courtship took place in connection with a fashion shoot for the magazine Vogue Scandinavia and it became a good cover for the great gesture of love.
The newly engaged couple are very keen to share their private life on social media and both have an enormous number of followers on their channels. But now there have been unexpected pictures of Armand and Desiré in a video, see it below, on TikTok.
