Jon Dahl has taken over as the new national team captain for Sweden.
Now he’s going on a serious thrashing of TV profile Filip Hammar.

It took almost exactly 100 days for Sweden to find a replacement for the former national team captain Jan Andersson. After many “no, thank you” from other intended candidates, the choice was finally made Jon Dahl Tomasson.

The former Malmö FF gold coach will now lead the Swedish men’s national team into a new era. Many have already thought of the former Danish great player as the new national team captain, but now the TV profile gives Philip Hammer into the debate.

Hammar’s criticism
Filip Hammar thinks that the Swedish national team has made a complete mistake in recruiting. As a MFF supporter for a long time, he knows Tomasson very well as a coach and what kind of person he is.

Hammar explains that in the role of national team captain you need to be a certain way as a person. He does not see that quality at all in the Danish coach.
– He is so totally uncharismatic. He has a tail, but zero charisma, says Filip in his major criticism.
– You want someone with charisma. Peter Antoine would have been better, but he is no longer with us.
