Three people are suspected of involvement in the double murder in Piteå on January 30.
It is about a 31-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man who is charged with gross robbery and gross negligence for the death of another as well as a 33-year-old man charged with gross robbery and for murdering the men.
The 31-year-old and the 39-year-old believe that they have not distributed any violence and deny crime. However, the woman’s DNA has been found on a candlestick that the prosecutor believes has been used as an attachment.
The 33-year-old has in turn used his right to be silent in previous hearings. He has only stated that he does not know the co -defendants and that he has never been to the crime scene.
But after a break in court came the turn: Through his lawyer, the 33-year-old announced that he acknowledges the murder but denies serious robbery.
Suspicion: Hugs were distributed for 22 minutes
The prosecutor believes that the deadly violence, a total of 74 chops with a knife and scissors, should have happened at half past eight in the morning. This shortly after the 33-year-old searched for metal music-then the phone is inactive for 22 minutes before it is shut down for good.
– We mean that at that time you have time to perform this deed. There is nothing we can prove but yes we think he has listened to music, says prosecutor Lindha Strömberg.
On Thursday, the defendants and witnesses will be heard in Luleå District Court.
