WARNINGS HAVE BEEN MADE, BUT…

Against the threat of a tsunami that may occur in the open sea, the National Tsunami Center has issued a tsunami warning for a 643-kilometer-long region along the west coast of the USA, starting from Dunes City in Oregon and extending to San Francisco and San Jose in California.

Tsunami waves were expected to reach land after 12:00.

HE ADDED PEOPLE TO HIS WAVE AND PROGRESSED UP TO THE CITY CENTER

The National Weather Service had urged citizens in the coastal region to move towards higher areas inland. However, the people of the area did not listen to the warnings. In the images shared on social media, it was seen that citizens in the coastal areas were recording the approaching tsunami.
The tsunami came closer and closer, and eventually it advanced into the city, including the people on the beach! While some of the people running away screaming were saved at the last moment, some were injured.

Paving stones fluctuated

On the other hand, images continued to come from different states of the USA. The paving stones literally wavered with the intensity of the earthquake. Those moments went viral on social media. The video taken by another user on one of the top floors of a high-rise building stunned the audience. In the video recorded by someone, the water in the jacuzzi ripples and overflows, and even the glass door is thrown from place to place as the house shakes like a cradle, but neither the building nor anything inside is damaged.
The incident also made us understand the importance of earthquake-resistant buildings.
