Monkey D. Luffy’s cinema adventures just don’t stop. In his already 15th motion picture film this time the straw hat pirate has to deal with a singing princess. And now it is also clear when German fans will be able to enjoy One Piece: Red.

The film will therefore be shown both in the German dubbing and in the original Japanese version with subtitles. The songs in the film are left in their original language in both versions.

What is One Piece: Red about?

Namely, music plays an important role in the 15th One Piece film. In One Piece: Red, everything that has ships rushes to the Music island Elegia. Civilians, marines, pirates and of course the Straw Hat Gang have to be there when the world’s most popular singer and biggest diva, Princess Uta, gives her live concert. Her voice attracts a gigantic audience.

But when he gets there, Luffy drops a bomb: redhead Uta is none other than her Daughter of Pirate Emperor Shanks. Uta talks about making everyone happy when she sings. The straw hats still have to digest exactly what that means, because there seems to be more to the statement than first meets the eye.
