The show, which features stories, juggling, quizzes, improve comedy, games, mysteries, little plays, along with audience participating, will continue every Saturday from 11:30 am to 2 pm until the chilly weather comes, Culliford said.

The show takes place in front of I Need That Comics and Games at 199 King St. We and Barrypatch Boutique, 201 King St. W.

“There will be new material every Saturday. . . and people are invited to drop in any time and stay for as long as they like, Culliford said.

“The Revue is a busk,” he added. “The audience will be invited to throw change into the hat.”

Culliford enjoys entertaining people, but says he wasn’t cut out for acting due to his memory.

“I enjoy entertaining in public, but decades ago when I thought I was going to be an actor, which is one good way of entertaining in public, I realized I’m terrible at remembering lines,” he said.

So what he does with The Thames River Revue is improvisational or reading material, “so I don’t have to remember lines.”

“This is kind of a perfect situation for me and I get to do whatever I want to do, every Saturday.”

All are invited.

He says if it’s there is a lot of rain on a Saturday “see you next time.”
