Joonas “doto” Forss and Jesse “zehN” Linjala return to the ranks of the Finnish organization’s CS:GO team, Jarkko “Spargo” Rahja joins from KOVA as an awp player.
HAVU Gaming, the number one team in the Finnish CS:GO video game, gets famous returnees when Jonas “doto” Fors and Jesse “zehN” The line return to the ranks of the organization.
Forss takes over the duties of the in-game leader in the team and Linjala brings much-needed firepower. In addition to them, a new awp player has been attached to the team Jarkko “Spargo” Old wreck and coach Mikko “xartE” The middle ground.
They will also continue in the team Jani “Aerial” Jussila and The same “xseveN” Laasanen. The new lineup will debut in just over a week at the CS:GO tournament of the Assembly video game event.
The players are of the highest level in Finnish terms, as all the players of the team, except for Rahja, have appeared in the game’s major tournaments in their careers.
Forss: “I had a feeling that I wanted to join the Finnish team”
Forss, who was benched from ENCE’s lineup in January 2022, tells Urheilu that he is satisfied that he was able to assemble a strong group of players under HAVU.
– For a long time I had the feeling that I wanted to join the Finnish team, Forss tells Urheilu.
– Realistically, there was only one role option for me. I’ve played as IGL before and I have experience in a role that others in this lineup don’t have, Forss says, having previously worked as KOVA’s in-game manager, among other things.

Originally, the initiative to get the Jyväskylä native to the team was taken by HAVU’s ex-coach Taneli Veikkola.
– I talked with Tanel a couple of months ago, when HAVU’s previous composition was falling apart. He was leaving the coach’s place and told that Slavic “Twist” Räsänen is possibly coming to replace him.
– We tested different formations for the team with Slaava. Then Slaava decided to continue (Alex “allu” I was walking) with Team Tempi, Forss says.
Although the team did not have a coach, the players got the team together. The missing AWP player was found in KOVA Esports when Jarkko “asparagus” Old wreck was attached around Midsummer as the fifth player.
– We had already decided that xseveN and Aerial would stay. When thinking about the rest of the players, ZehN and Spargo were good bidders, Forss states.
– We played without a coach for a while, but the team does need a coach. Mikko is now in our test.
According to Forssi’s estimate, the team, which will perform together for the first time in a week at the Assembly video game event, has had time to practice for about ten days during the summer. The tournament condition for the fall major tournament qualifiers is being built little by little, but Assy’s goal is still nothing but victory.
– We have a very good basis for playing. Tactics book is available for every map except one. However, we don’t take stress from the tournament, we go to play and see how the game goes. The goals are higher. We will use the opportunity to build the team’s way of playing, Forss sums up the approach to the first tournament.
