Losing luggage on a flight is always unfortunate, but the passengers who arrived in Bilbao in the Spanish Basque Country on Saturday could not at least complain that the airline treated them unequally, because there was not a single suitcase on the plane.
According to the Swiss airline, the reason that the passengers had to travel without luggage was the lack of ground staff in Zurich, where the plane had departed.
An airline representative Kavin Ampalam according to the report, the plane was sent without the passengers’ suitcases, because it was already late and had to make it back to Zurich before the airport was closed for the night.
The passengers who waited for hours for their luggage in Spain did not agree that it was worth going on the trip without bags.

There were 111 passengers on the plane.
