The Swedish Transport Agency believes that “the security aspects of a disclosure have not been sufficiently clarified” by the district court and that they were not given the opportunity to comment before the decision was made.
“The decision is also unclear because it does not say anything about how the district court actually intended how Tesla should collect its license plates,” says Anna Berggrund, department director at the Swedish Transport Agency, in a press release.
The Swedish Transport Agency, which also writes that they do not take a position in the ongoing conflict between Tesla and IF Metall, wants the Court of Appeal to suspend the enforcement of the district court’s decision.
