Sweden missed out on the big World Cup final dream.
After the loss against Spain, strong anger is now directed at the referee.

The World Cup semi-final between Sweden and Spain was for a long time a war of positions where the goal chances replaced each other in each half of the pitch. But for a long time the score was 0-0 until the last 10 minutes when suddenly everything happened and the match became a rough drama.
Sweden’s loss
First, Spain scored the lead goal, then equalized Rebecca Blomqvist for Sweden and after that Spain scored the winning goal. All in the space of just a few minutes of pure football excitement.

But after the final whistle, disappointment and tears were mixed with anger for the Swedish players. Because Blågult was not at all satisfied with today’s refereeing effort from the Brazilian Edina Alves Batista.

Swedish anger
