– Yes, that’s exactly how it is. And that is good. It’s great that I now got to hear how they sat down together and really analyzed which parts they can contribute to make the business better. And our goal is self-evident: That all the best should be in the national team, admits the national team manager in the interview.

“They want to come back in”
Among the criteria for next season, there are demands for better communication, more flexibility and better financial solutions within the national ski team. In addition, Sweden will resume its investment in high-altitude training, something that was not practiced at all last pre-season.
Now the national skiing team is hopeful that an agreement will be reached with all the skiers who are current for the A national team for next season.
– Those who were not there last time want to come in again – and it is the ambition of everyone that they should come in again. It has worked well this year, but we want the best with us, because then we have a great training squad, says the national team manager Anders Byström.
