The Swedish Customs makes few strikes in the marinas and believes that the smuggling in smaller ports is greater than previously thought. This year, efforts will therefore be increased and the public informed. Oscar Lindvall, who is deputy head of control in southern Sweden, says that there is a wealth of invention that is great. – We have seen that people do not just come in with small boats and load drugs. We have also seen people dumping things offshore and then the criminal plan is to pick it up with a smaller boat. In addition to the Swedish Customs taking more measures, the marinas and the public must be involved and informed about keeping an eye out for boats with extinguished lanterns and cars that show up at night.
