(Finance) – The forecasts of theAnief were correct: on pre-selections to access the Tfa support – eighth cycle with 28,986 total places available, as required by ministerial decree 694 of 30 May – we are in total chaos. It is exemplary what happened in the last few hours at theUniversity of Cassino, where once the pre-selective test had begun, the candidates realized that the questions on the tablets they had received were repeated several times, creating a climate of confusion: despite Unicas’ efforts to provide logistical support, even with drinks and water offered to the candidates, the authorities intervened and the intervention of the health personnel was necessary to assist some candidates who had fallen ill. The Rector was forced first to suspend and then to cancel the test.
The trade union Aniefimmediately sent a formal request to the Rector of theUnicossino to proceed, with notice and relative Rector’s decree, to the official and unreserved admission to the subsequent written test of all the candidates who today were unable to submit, like the other colleagues throughout Italy, to the pre-selective tests for access at the TFA Primary school support.
There is no shortage of problems elsewhere as well. The Ministry of University and Research in fact, it has authorized only a quarter of the posts of specialization on support, the Tfa, necessary to cover the strong needs of specialized and precarious personnel: the problem is that this year too, the division of posts has been pre-established directly by the Ministry of the University and Research, based on the availability of the universities and not of the actual territorial needs. Furthermore, the few places offered to tender were unevenly placed among the athens authorised. Precarious workers with more than 36 months of service forced to test 35% of the places reserved for them but in violation of a recent law which provides for direct access.
Under these conditions, it grows by the hour anger between candidates excluded: in a few hours over a thousand asked the Anief lawyers to appeal without waiting for the results of the first pre-selective tests that are underway. “At this rate – he says Marcellus Pacific, national president of Anief – it is possible that at the end of the orals the numbers will be increased tenfold for a dispute with predictable results after the positive pronouncements obtained in the past in the State Council by our lawyers”. To join the free pre-registrations to the appeals, a special internet page has been set up. For further information it is also possible to contact one of the local Anief offices.
Finally, the Anief union recalls that once again the Ministry has not taken into account the Tfa support judgment of the State Council, which provides for the fixing of the number of posts on the basis of actual needs. This has not happened, especially in many universities in the North where there are only 4,000 places, compared to 28-29,000 banned, but where there are also, always in the North, more than 70,000 precarious workers who are called every year to teach on support posts. Even the temporary workers with 36 months have received
