The fourth semi-final match of the Finnish Ice Hockey League, TPS – Ilves, was a chess match in which both avoided mistakes. The solution was only seen in the final installment when the number one chain of TPS’s own breeders emerged.

First Juuso Pärssinen21, tuned his heart to satiety with a pounding post through the puck post when the Ilves guard left in the mask Marek Langhamer remained completely powerless.

Three minutes later, Pärssinen was involved again, but this time in the role of pitcher. This time it was finished Mikael Wipe, 20, who scored by Pärssinen. Towel has scored in all semi-finals and scored three goals in the tube.

For the third link in the chain, Markus Nurmelle, 23, marked the entry point for both paints. In the end, Nurmi finished the final scores of the match with 3–0 empty goals and took TPS to the 3–1 lead in the match series.

The number one chain of young stars at TPS has been in full swing in the playoffs, with a total of 38 points in 11 matches. That is why the chain can very well be talked about as the Finnish Champions League’s super chain this spring.

Sports Expert Topi Nättinen recalls that anything is possible in sports, but he still emphasizes the embarrassment of Ilves’ situation.

Mikael Pyyhti alone has scored as many goals in the semi-finals as Ilves in the entire series.

– I would venture to say that this was “hey-hey” for Ilves’ final dreams. Just because TPS is so strong and Ilves has been a really big disappointment to me in these semi-finals: Four matches, five goals scored. Turku’s games ended with a joint goal of 9-0 and TPS has scored 12 goals in a draw. In addition to all this, TPS has not yet scored superior goals, which means that there is room for improvement, Nättinen said during the Hockey Tour.

Avoiding mistakes

In the playoffs of the Finnish Championship, several goals, seven-match series and many emotional matches have been enjoyed several times. However, after a brisk third semi-final match, both seemed to have taken their feet off the gas.

Mistakes were avoided in the match. The goalkeepers got into work, but survived their situations quite easily for a long time. The attempts were frivolous.

– The further you go, the lower the level of the game. The stakes get harder and that affects it. We have been able to enjoy a bit of a good treat as a puck audience and listeners, after a lot of events, intensity up and the audience in the halls, Nättinen described during the second round of the Hockey Tour.

– Annoying to say, but this is pretty close to a traditional playoff game. Avoiding mistakes and not wanting to make a decisive mistake, Nättinen stated

Ilves left the match with minor changes, as the defenders had more permission than before to support the attacks. This produced after 14 minutes Dominik Masinille the top spot, but the bet from the best sector went straight to the logo.

Jack Rodewald was one of TPS ‘s most aggressive strikers. He rose from the corner of Masin’s situation earlier from the corner to the goal, but the Ilves guard Marek Langhamer rejected this and immediately followed Juraj Slafkovskyn corporate.

At the start of the second installment, TPS was immediately offered a great spot when Juuso Pärssinen played wonderfully on the back pole of the slider To Mikael Pyyhti. The 20-year-old’s seventh spring goal was stuck with cents as the puck slipped into the pole.

– Now came the place for the right friend. He’s got a crack at the rebound all alone in front of Langhameroli … how did he miss that ?! Unbelievable. The pole saved, Nättinen commented.

Later, Ilves’ exploitation was rewarded when Joni Ikonen got the most sooty Andrei Karejevin with. However, Ikonen’s easy attempt between the legs did not surprise the Russian guard.

At the end of the round, Nurmi made it halfway through, but Langhamer blocked the shot with his shield. TPS was overwhelmed twice during the batch, but to no avail.

In the final batch, TPS’s number one chain emerged at a crucial moment. It was enough to win when Ilves didn’t get the reduction with superiority or later playing without a goalkeeper.
