For the sixth time in its history, Durax found itself in 2024 in receivership. This time, the employees themselves proposed to resume businessin the form of a Scop, a cooperative. 226 jobs have been kept. The transfer of the company is however an economic challenge, in a France which struggles to face the deindustrialisation. RFI followed the employees of the SCOP Duralex for almost six months.
