An unnamed 27-year-old man living in India stuck a bottle of deodorant in his anus. Man with severe stomach pain lived with this bottle for 3 weeks. The man who applied to the hospital shocked everyone who saw it. Doctors shared a graphic video of the emergency backdoor evacuation, stating that the team was shocked to witness the patient’s case. Tapas Ghosh, chief physician of the hospital where he was treated, said, “This was very important to us. “We took great care of him,” he said.

The unnamed patient reported to the medical facility in West Bengal on Wednesday after suffering severe abdominal pain, Jam Press reported. There, doctors took several X-rays, and tests revealed an inexplicably 7½-inch can of deodorant in his colon near the anus.
STAYED INSIDE FOR 20 DAYS
Worse still, the box reportedly remained inside for 20 days, and the unfortunate man was unable to relieve himself. Paramedics believe the young man’s life could have been in danger if he had not notified the hospital, News18 reported.
THE SURGERY LASTED 2 HOURS
Doctors were able to remove the deodorant during a two-hour surgery. The team of surgeons cut the man’s stomach lining to reveal a silver spray can and removed the deodarant bottle.
OTHER SURGERY MAY BE REQUIRED
Unfortunately, the patient did not come out of the operation unscathed. Doctors said the patient had damage to both his esophagus and intestines, and the second injury would likely require surgery in the future. He will also need to be monitored by paramedics for the next seven days in case of further complications. Despite the side effects of the surgery, the man’s family said they were “satisfied with the treatment the hospital provided.”
