It is with threatening messages that Naïm Boudaoud wakes up this October 16, 2020. “ I’m going to strangle you », wrote Abdoullakh Anzorov to him, angry at his friend’s lie-in when he had asked him to drop him off by car in Rouen to recover money left with another accused, Epsirkhanov.
Naïm joins his friend at the end of the morning and heads for Rouen, but changes his route: Anzorov says he wants to buy a BB gun. “ He tells me he has a problem with Africans », he remembers, and asks her to then drop him off in Mantes-la-Jolie, a town in the neighboring department.
But Naïm Boudaoud has imperatives that day, he sends a message to his mother, asks her to excuse a problem so that Naïm can get away from Anzorov. But his plan fails.
The court is surprised: “ Anzorov threatens you, wastes your time, seems to get you into a mess that doesn’t concern you… Why still agree to help him out? » « I have difficulty asserting myself, I always had a weak personality », he justifies.
It was ultimately an address in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine that Anzorov entered into the GPS, but Boudaoud said he did not realize it. He has something else in mind at that moment: to reach his girlfriend who is waiting for him as quickly as possible, which he will do just after dropping his friend off at an intersection at his request, in a residential area.
“ He looked like a burglar with his bag and his black clothes. », he analyzes afterwards.
