Woodwalkers is reminiscent of Harry Potter
The novels by author Katja Brandis are about Carag, the shapeshifter is. A mountain lion shifter, he left his family at age 11 to live with a foster family in the Rocky Mountains who were unaware of his animal secret. Here he attends a boarding school, where he experiences many adventures with his shapeshifter friends Holly and Brandon.

As a press release from STUDIOCANAL shows, the previous Woodwalkers volumes will be adapted as a cinema trilogy. Shooting begins this summer for the first Woodwalkers film, which is due out on Sept January 30, 2025 to come to the cinema.
The start dates for the sequels are already set. Woodwalkers 2 is scheduled for January 29, 2026 and Woodwalkers 3 am January 28, 2027 start.
