The story is reminiscent of Harry Potter with animals

Will a German Harry Potter replacement soon await us in the cinema? The latest news about the Film adaptations of the children’s book series Woodwalkers at least reminds quite strongly of the popular fantasy series about the most famous sorcerer’s apprentice in the world. We have the most important information about the Woodwalkers adaptations for you.

Woodwalkers is reminiscent of Harry Potter

The novels by author Katja Brandis are about Carag, the shapeshifter is. A mountain lion shifter, he left his family at age 11 to live with a foster family in the Rocky Mountains who were unaware of his animal secret. Here he attends a boarding school, where he experiences many adventures with his shapeshifter friends Holly and Brandon.

If we Replace magic and sorcery with the ability to shapeshift, the story of Woodwalkers is clearly reminiscent of the Harry Potter series. Harry becomes Carag, Ron and Hermione become Brandon and Holly, and Hogwarts becomes Woodwalker’s boarding school.
