In the US, the leading indexes closed just above zero on Wednesday. In Asia, things are a bit mixed on the stock exchanges. Among other things, Chinese inflation figures have come in, consumer prices fell by 0.2 percent in October.
The price of oil has fallen further – a barrel of Brent oil is now traded below 80 dollars.
During the day, the EU’s economy and finance ministers meet in the Ecofin Council, to discuss, among other things, guidelines for fiscal policy.
During the day, the Riksbank will also present its financial stability report.
Business Sweden has reported its Export Industry Index, which falls to levels that have only been seen before during major crises such as the financial crisis and the pandemic.
