In Tokyo, the city with the lowest birth rate in Japan, a new regulation was made to encourage couples with a second child. Accordingly, the second child’s care services will be completely free in October 2023.

The application targets the 0-2 age group regardless of the income level of the families.
WILL INCLUDE 50 THOUSAND CHILDREN
In the first stage, it is planned to cover 50 thousand children.
