SVT’s hit program “Stjärnorna på slotlett” is back with yet another season. On December 30, the first episode of this year’s edition of the entertainment program will be broadcast.
This year it is Sanna Nielsen, Mark Levengood, Caroline of Ugglas, Marcus Samuelsson and Pernilla Wiberg who gather at Bäckaskog castle to share their lives and careers.

The program was recorded during the summer of 2023, and for News24 several of the participants say that the gang got close to each other during the recording.
Caroline af Ugglas tells us that most of the evenings during the recording week were fairly quiet, but that the last day of recording ended with a final party, which was not filmed.
– Last night we had a party. But everyone was quite tired then anyway, because you had a lack of sleep at the end of the week. But we danced and had fun, absolutely, says af Ugglas and continues:
– Everything was a party. Imagine getting up in the morning and having the worst breakfast and hearing the worst story, and that we played these games. It really was a six-day party! Incredible!

Sanna Nielsen also says that during the recording they went to bed relatively early, because they were often tired after the long days. But a closing party took place on the last night, when everything was recorded and ready.
– I had a lot of fun with Pernilla. We stood and sang lots of songs, she and I, and danced. I have a picture that I thought I’d post when you can hardly see that it’s me and Pernilla, because we’re rocking so hard. But it was a lot of fun. Everyone had a lot of fun, and you relaxed in a different way when the cameras weren’t on and when you were simply done.

Pernilla Wiberg about the closing party: “Stay up a little longer”
Pernilla Wiberg explains that at the end party they were up a little longer than on the other recording days.
– Then we were up a little longer. I think it was midnight actually. Cross on the roof! It was a lovely liberating evening anyway, to not be on edge all the time, says Wiberg.

Even the day after the closing party, the gang took the opportunity to spend extra time together, which Sanna Nielsen believes is a sign of how well they all got along.
– We got up and had breakfast early, so that we had time with each other before we had to leave and part ways, says the artist.
